On November 10, 2011 my father-in-law Jim Dowd passed away he will be sadly missed by all. I'm slowly working on this memorial page in honor of Jim. As for the beagles and Rocky Marsh kennels my self and Jim's two grandson's will make it through this tough time and continue Jim's passion.
